How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada. We're working on expanding international shipping soon.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account under Order History.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on the product label. For apparel, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve quality.
