Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at your store email with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy once you receive them.
How to Cancel
- Email us with your order number and cancellation request
- Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
